Zoey Hernandez is a senior at Foothill High School in Bakersfield CA. A proud immigrant committed to amplifying the voices of underrepresented youth. Zoey strives to empower students from all backgrounds to speak up, take space, and lead with confidence. She believes in the importance of equity, advocacy, and authentic representation—and aims to serve all students across Kings, Kern, Inyo and Tulare counties. Outside of advocacy, Zoey enjoys exploring nature and running.
