Jennifer Angel Lazaro is a junior at Terra Linda High School and serves as the Region 3 President for the California Association of Student Councils (CASC). Through her involvement in CASC, she has developed a deep passion for student leadership and advocacy, recognizing the power of student voice in creating meaningful change.

She is committed to empowering students across her region by creating spaces where they feel heard, supported, and inspired to lead. Jennifer strives to expand opportunities for connection, growth, and advocacy, helping students build confidence and make a lasting impact within their schools and communities.

Outside of CASC, Jennifer enjoys cheerleading, ballet, and spending time with her friends and family. She is also passionate about service, supporting hospitalized children through her involvement with Kiddo Kindness.
