Shijoon (David) Bae is a Senior at the Orange County School of the Arts in Santa Ana, Orange County. A first-generation immigrant working towards advancing the rights of English Language Learners and low-income students alike, David aspires to serve and embody all 6 million students of the state of California, side by side with Victoria. Aside from political advocacy, David loves creative writing and immersing himself within nature.
