Minseo Choi is a junior at Scripps Ranch High School in San Diego, California. With a passion for student advocacy and community engagement, Minseo aims to amplify student voices and enhance collaboration throughout Region 12 as its president. In her free time, she loves going to the beach, spend time with friends and family, and take spontaneous trips.
