I have worked in higher education, non-profit and corporate roles. I've been in small start-ups and large organizations including Apple. And throughout my career, the life outlook and leadership skills I learned in CASC were critical to me success. From knowing how to facilitate effective meetings, to managing others through Situational Leadership, to setting team agreements, and establishing a shared vision, CASC’s leadership program provided me with a foundation that has served me well in my career and my life. Over the last several year’s, I've founded and led a leadership program for Jewish young adults called J Leaders (www.jleaders.org). I directly attribute my desire to create J Leaders and provide life-changing leadership development to others to my experience with CASC.
