Nandeeni Patel is currently working as a Guest Research Scholar at the Bandaranaike Center for International Studies in Colombo, Sri Lanka as a Fulbright Research Scholar. Her research is centered on Indo-Sri Lanka-Sino relations and U.S. strategy in the Indo-Pacific region. She is working with several Ambassadors from the Sri Lankan Ministry of Foreign Affairs to conduct interviews with policymakers and archival research. She is looking forward to building her network in the foreign policy space, while enjoying the sights and sounds of the island nation. She served as the CASC State President from 2016-2017.
