Victoria Cho is a junior from Troy High School in Fullerton CASC Region 10. She is more than honored to serve CASC,

an organization she has been a part of all throughout high school, as the organization’s CASC State Vice President.

Together with David, Victoria hopes to represent all California students righteously and take CASC to greater heights.
