Lea Endres is an entrepreneur, educator and human rights advocate. A renowned facilitator, she has spent most of her life working to make the tools of leadership available to everyone. As the CEO of NationBuilder, the world’s most used software for politics and advocacy, she sits at the intersection of technology, democracy, and community building.

Prior to NationBuilder, Lea spent nearly two decades as a nonprofit leader in the human rights sector. She served as a CASC gamma on numerous projects both nationally and internationally, and also served as the organization's Outreach Director after graduating from UCLA.
