A junior at Frontier High School, and the proud son of two teachers, Carter Beardsley is a student who is passionate

about leadership, advocacy, and making a positive change in the education system. He serves on the Bakersfield

Youth Commission, is the South Valley Regional Director of the California High School Democrats, and the

Chairman of the Kern Literacy Council’s Youth Literacy Committee. Carter is now serving his second term as

Region 8 President for CASC, and looks forward to all that’s in store for the year!
