The Staff Development Program (SDP)

This annual program will train you to become a 2010 Summer CASC Counselor and take your skills to the next level. If you've been through a CASC summer program, we hope to see you at this SDP! It is a great opportunity to learn leadership, facilitative and presentation skills that are applicable throughout your life. You'll also have the opportunity to connect and work with current student leaders and future world leaders!

If you're also interested in staffing a CASC conference because you want to give back, after having an amazing experience at a CASC camp, you need to attend this training program.

All applicants must meet the following prerequisites:
- You must be at least a sophomore in high school (college students and educators eligble as well)
- You must have attended at least one CASC summer conference as a delegate
