Details and Q&A
"What Is This Conference Like?"
CASC believes in the power of students teaching students and positive peer influence. Therefore, a lot of your time will be spent in council meetings with approximately ten other students from around the state who are led by a trained CASC staff member--a person who is very close to your own age. In councils, you will get to know each other, and learn essential communication techniques. The rest of your time will be spent in exciting general sessions, workshops, role seminars, school meetings, and recreation. The schedule is jam-packed with fun-filled activities, so be prepared to go full speed from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. each day. Expect to open up, meet new people, and try some new things! If you come by yourself, you won't be alone for long—that’s a guarantee!
